Our team has a combined experience of over 75 years in the Delivery of projects within multiple industry sectors. 

PAUL STUCHBURY

Paul is the Managing Director of RPL Consulting and is based in Perth, WA. He is a Civil Engineer with extensive experience in the development, procurement and delivery of major road and bridge infrastructure projects across Western Australia, having held positions in Project Management, Design Management and Interface Management on numerous Alliance and Design and Construct projects. Along with technical and commercial expertise, Paul has significant experience in community and stakeholder engagement, and believes it is a key to successful project delivery.

LINDSAY LOWES

Lindsay is a Director of RPL Consulting and is based in Perth, WA. He has a proven track record in managing multidiscipline teams in the procurement and delivery of large engineering projects. He has worked as a Project Manager, Project Director, Branch Manager, Senior Consult and Specialist Engineer for more than 40 years. Lindsay’s specialties include interfacing with Service Authorities and the establishment and maintenance of pure and competitive alliances.

ROBERT EVANS

Robert is a Director of RPL Consulting and is based in Perth, WA. He is a technically skilled and RPEQ qualified Civil Engineer and Project Manager with significant experience working on infrastructure projects and studies throughout Australia, the United Kingdom, Africa and South America. Robert’s experience includes the design and project management of projects in the State Government, Local Government, commercial development and resources sectors. Robert is passionate in ensuring infrastructure projects deliver social, cultural, environmental and economic benefits.
